Description
Dust-Binder is a unique blend of synthetic and natural polymers that form a wearing course on the road surface; Dust-Binder is catergorised as a true long term dust suppressant with a single application lasting from two shifts to 1 month. The product is supplied in bulk or in 1,000L IBC to reduce logistics associated costs.
Application
Dust-Binder is added to the water cart, either using a pump or manually. The product is applied once off as an establishment dose and then ad-hoc, as and when required, in a smaller dilution in order to achieve water savings, dust reduction, improved road conditions and cost savings. Alternatively, Dust-Binder may be applied in a spray-on only methodology, with applications ranging from once every two shifts to once per week. This method provides flexibility, cost controls and significant savings when compared with traditional haul road dust suppression techniques.
